A hosted experience begins with the site briefing, equipment checks and clear crew instructions.
Stay outside active vehicle lanes
Children and adults remain outside active lanes unless equipment has stopped and a facilitator explicitly permits access.
Managed controller handoffs
Controllers change hands under facilitator direction, with equipment stopped. Operators and spotters follow the briefing and maintain spacing.
A prepared jobsite
Equipment and batteries are checked before operation. Staff review routes, barriers, cable placement, loose materials and trip hazards, and may pause or modify a mission when needed.
Indoor and outdoor review
Surface, floor protection, access, weather exposure and venue rules are reviewed before approval. Indoor plans include floor protection and normal cleanup.
Guardians and participation needs
A responsible adult remains onsite. Sandscape is not a childcare provider. Share accessibility needs or accommodations so we can discuss participation with you.
Guardian waivers remain required before play; photo/video consent is separate and optional. Final documents require attorney and insurer review.
