Effective October 23, 2026. Sandscape Play Co. uses event requests to review availability, plan an event, prepare a quote and communicate with you.
What we collect
The request form collects your name, email, phone, requested event date/time, venue address, guest count and approximate ages, setup/access details and any optional notes. Please do not include card or bank-account details, identity documents or sensitive medical information.
How information is used and stored
Requests are stored in restricted website hosting storage and made available to the owner through a protected dashboard and private Google spreadsheet. Google services support owner notifications. We do not sell request information or use the request form to subscribe you to marketing.
Payments
Temporary payments are arranged directly through Zelle or Venmo after review. Those services process the payment under their own terms. Sandscape records the amount, payment method and transaction reference after verifying receipt. This website does not collect payment-card or bank-account numbers.
Your browser
Draft form answers are stored in this browser tab so you can continue after a refresh. Use Clear form to remove the draft. Submitted details are saved on our server; clearing a browser draft does not delete a submitted request. Anonymous preview interactions stay in the browser; no advertising tracker is added.
Retention and your choices
We retain records needed to handle your enquiry, event, payment and applicable accounting or dispute obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained. Signed participation documents and optional media consent will use a separate process before participation.
