What to expect
The planned process links each participant to their event and asks a parent or legal guardian to complete the required document for a minor. Adults complete their own participation document.
Safety briefing
- Follow the facilitator's directions and stay outside active vehicle lanes.
- Wait for equipment to stop and for permission before entering the play area.
- Use guided controller handoffs and handle equipment as instructed.
- A responsible adult remains onsite; Sandscape is not a childcare provider.
Participation needs
Contact Sandscape before the event to discuss access or participation needs. Please do not send sensitive medical details through the booking request form.
Photos and video
Permission for promotional photos or video will be a separate, optional choice. It will not be required for participation.
The final participation document and signature process need insurer and legal review before use.
