Your request does not reserve a date. Sandscape reviews availability, venue, access, guest details and travel before sending approved terms and individual Zelle or Venmo payment instructions.
Price and payment
The Ultimate RC Construction Experience is $399 Launch Price for 90 minutes, for ages 6+ including adults. A 50% non-refundable booking retainer reserves an approved date. On the base offer, the retainer is $199.50 and the remaining $199.50 is due seven days before the event. Travel within 20 miles of Brambleton, Virginia is included. For venues farther away, transportation is $2 per additional mile beyond 20 miles. Sandscape reviews the distance and adds the charge to your approved quote before payment.
Bookings within seven days
Full payment is required before final confirmation. Approval is provisional until the full approved amount is received by the deadline Sandscape provides.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel, contact Sandscape to discuss rescheduling. Each request is reviewed individually and is subject to availability. If you decline a reschedule, Sandscape will review your cancellation individually; no automatic refund is promised. If Sandscape cancels your event, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Weather and venue suitability
Outdoor conditions and possible indoor alternatives are reviewed with you. Sandscape may pause or adapt activities when conditions are unsafe. If Sandscape cancels, the reschedule or full-refund choice above applies.
Guest checkout
No customer account or password is required. Sandscape currently provides Zelle or Venmo payment instructions individually after review and confirms receipt directly. Contact us about balances or booking changes. Online card payments will be added later.
Participation
A responsible adult remains onsite. Participants follow the briefing, lane boundaries and guided controller handoffs. Participation documents are being prepared for professional review. Photo/video consent will be optional and separate.
