What is the Ultimate RC Construction Experience?
A hosted mobile construction adventure where children operate realistic RC equipment, rotate through crew roles and complete cooperative missions. Sandscape delivers, sets up, facilitates and cleans up.
What ages is it designed for?
The experience is designed for ages 6+, including adults.
How long does the experience run?
The launch experience includes 90 minutes of hosted RC construction missions. Arrival and setup are scheduled before the experience begins.
What does it cost?
$399 Launch Price includes 90 minutes, delivery, setup, facilitation and normal cleanup. The base retainer is $199.50 and the base balance is $199.50, due seven days before the event. Any transportation fee is reviewed and disclosed before you pay.
How many children can attend?
Tell us your expected child count and ages for planning. Capacity, simultaneous operators and staffing are still being validated; no fixed guest limit is published yet.
What does the birthday child do?
The birthday child is the Site Supervisor, helping the crew coordinate and lead the final team mission.
What if a child hasn’t used RC equipment?
The working sequence begins with a crew briefing, controller introduction and guided practice. Rotating roles give the crew different ways to participate.
Are all five missions included?
The quarry/loading, haul road, bridge, pipeline and road-repair modules are the current MVP plan. Selection and sequence may change following pilot testing and venue review.
Can you set up indoors or outdoors?
Both are considered, subject to surface, space, access and weather review. Indoor plans include floor protection and normal cleanup. Surface options in the request form describe your venue and do not guarantee approval.
How much space do we need?
The working adaptable footprint is approximately 120–170 sq. ft., not a permanent approved minimum. Send approximate dimensions or “not sure”. A setup photograph is optional.
Does submitting reserve a date?
No. Sandscape first reviews the date, venue, surface, access, setup and travel. Once availability and site suitability are confirmed and any travel fee is disclosed, the next step is an approved quote and individual Zelle or Venmo instructions. No account or password is required.
Do I need an account or password?
No. Submit your request without an account. Sandscape will contact you after review with your quote and individual Zelle or Venmo instructions.
What if my party is within seven days?
Full payment is required before final confirmation. Sandscape provides the approved total and payment deadline; Approval is provisional until full payment is received.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact Sandscape to discuss rescheduling, subject to availability. If you decline, your cancellation is reviewed individually. If Sandscape cancels, choose a reschedule or full refund.
How far do you travel?
Travel within 20 miles of Brambleton, Virginia is included. For venues farther away, transportation is $2 per additional mile beyond 20 miles. Sandscape reviews the distance and adds the travel charge to your quote before payment.
Do guardians sign a waiver?
A parent or legal guardian completes an event-linked waiver before play. Optional photo/video consent stays separate. Final documents require Virginia attorney and insurer review.
