The featured experience
From the first practice turn to the final team challenge, children become a construction crew on a modular jobsite.
A 50% booking retainer reserves the approved date. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before the event. Approved travel charges may change the total. Adults can participate too.

Setup & venue
Indoor and outdoor requests are welcome, subject to venue, surface and access approval. We review setup dimensions, access and parking before confirming suitability.
Indoor plans include floor protection and normal cleanup.

Safety & parent trust
Staff guide the experience and controlled operator rotations.
Children and adults stay outside active lanes; entry requires stopped equipment and facilitator permission.
Machines, batteries, barriers and trip hazards are checked.
A responsible adult stays onsite. Guardian waivers are required; optional media consent remains separate.
Service area
Travel within 20 miles of Brambleton, Virginia is included. For venues farther away, transportation is $2 per additional mile beyond 20 miles. Sandscape reviews the distance and adds the travel charge to your quote before payment.

A hosted mobile construction adventure where children operate realistic RC equipment, rotate through crew roles and complete cooperative missions. Sandscape delivers, sets up, facilitates and cleans up.
The experience is designed for ages 6+, including adults.
The launch experience includes 90 minutes of hosted RC construction missions. Arrival and setup are scheduled before the experience begins.
$399 Launch Price includes 90 minutes, delivery, setup, facilitation and normal cleanup. The base retainer is $199.50 and the base balance is $199.50, due seven days before the event. Any transportation fee is reviewed and disclosed before you pay.
Tell us your expected child count and ages for planning. Capacity, simultaneous operators and staffing are still being validated; no fixed guest limit is published yet.
