From request to party day
- Send your preferred date, venue and guest details when requests open. Sending a request does not reserve a date.
- Sandscape reviews availability, surface, access, space and travel with you.
- Receive the approved quote, including any transportation fee, and individual payment instructions.
- Pay the 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve the approved date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. For bookings within seven days, full payment is required before final confirmation.
- Review your event details and participation requirements with Sandscape before the party.
